Ever since I bought my first home, I have been fascinated by real estate law. At first, I found it all overwhelming. Of course, I hired a good real estate lawyer to help me during the transaction, and I learned a lot during the experience. Later, I decided to try my hand at real estate investing, and I knew the first person I was going to call before I made any purchase was my lawyer. I think anyone buying or selling a home needs to know at least a little about the law, even if they have a good lawyer to help them through the process. I enjoy sharing my experiences and tips with others buying and selling homes, so I decided to create a blog all about law. I may post a little about many other types of law, too, so there will be something for everyone to learn!
